Award for Dermatologists from Developing Countries

The Society for Pediatric Dermatology's (SPD) biannual award for a dermatologist who has made significant contribution to the care of pediatric skin disease in his or her developing country will be given in 2021; and the recipient of the award will be invited to attend our 46th Annual Meeting, to be held July 8-11, 2021 in Toronto, Canada and will be asked to give a brief presentation at that meeting.

Registration and travel expenses will be paid by SPD. We are particularly interested in supporting a dermatologist who might otherwise be unable to attend our meeting. Applications should include, but are not limited to: CV, headshot photograph (used in SPD newsletter if selected), and letters of nomination (if available). Applications should be mailed to Dr. Bari Cunningham, Chair, International Committee, c/o Society for Pediatric Dermatology, 8365 Keystone Crossing, Suite 107, Indianapolis, IN 46240 or emailed to Dr. Cunningham at info@pedsderm.net. Nomination deadline for the 2021 award is January 15, 2021.
